KnowUrLimit ("the App", "we", "our") is a personal finance application that helps you track credit card spending by billing cycle. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

Short version: Almost everything you enter stays on your device. We do not run servers, we do not create user accounts, and we do not sell or share your financial data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Enter (Stored Locally)

All data you enter into the App — including card names, spending limits, statement dates, expenses, categories, and notes — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's local storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

This includes:

• Credit card names and billing cycle settings
• Expense records (amounts, dates, notes, categories)
• Recurring payment entries
• Notification preferences
• App appearance settings

2.2 Purchase Information

If you upgrade to KnowUrLimit Pro, your purchase is processed by RevenueCat, Inc. through Apple's App Store. RevenueCat handles payment verification and entitlement management. RevenueCat may collect your App Store receipt and purchase history to validate your subscription status. We receive only a confirmation of whether your purchase is active — we never see your payment card details.

2.3 Push Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the App schedules local notifications on your device (e.g., statement date reminders, payment due date reminders). These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any server or network request.
